All content, design, code, data pipelines, bilingual data, user interface, graphics, and features of Agro Sathi are the exclusive intellectual property of Agro Sathi and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property laws. No part of this App — including its source code, data extraction pipeline, translation methodology, UI design, or curated content — may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, or used for derivative works without prior written permission from Agro Sathi. Unauthorized use of any content from this App constitutes copyright infringement and will be subject to legal action.
3. Use of the App
Agro Sathi is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.

The agricultural advisory, weather forecasts, MSP data, scheme information, and all other content provided by Agro Sathi are for general informational purposes only. Agro Sathi makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular farming decision. Agro Sathi, its creator, and contributors shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, crop failure, financial loss, or any other consequence arising directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on information provided in this App. Farmers are strongly advised to consult qualified agricultural experts, KVK officials, or government agricultural officers before making any farming decisions.

The App may contain links to external government websites and portals. These links are provided for convenience only. Agro Sathi has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
6. Sponsored Listings
Agro Sathi may display sponsored listings for agricultural centers, shops, and mandis. These listings are clearly marked as sponsored. Agro Sathi does not endorse or guarantee the products or services of any sponsored partner. Users are advised to independently verify information before engaging with any listed entity.
7. Modifications to the App
Agro Sathi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
